Hello Wholesale Customers

>Please be advised that, due to our work load, we are not accepting new wholesale customers at this time. In the future we will be offering a limited range of our top selling products for wholesale to selected retailers. If you would like to join our list of retailers when we begin offering new wholsale accounts please send us a brief discription of your shop, and perhaps one or two images.

The following is intended to provide you with the information you might need to set up and become a wholesale customer with Allycatmetalware. This will include what you need to do to setup an account, what bennefits you will receive, how much minimum orders are and other things that you might need to know.

What you need to do to set up an account.
At this moment in time we are not accepting new wholesale requests. If your account has not been upgraded by now we wont be upgrading it until we take on new wholesale customers.

How much should my first order be?
We do not have a minimum order ammount as such. All we ask is for you to remember that you get a 50% discount and cheaper shipping than retail customers and to respect that. The average first order is about £100 and an order of around this size would be appreciated. Please be aware that if you have a wholesale account that remains inactive for a long period of time we will reclassify it back to retail

How can I pay as a wholesale customer?
As a wholesale customer you can pay via PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal) or by cheque / postal / money order. All payment has to be up front and cleared in our account before we will begin to make up your order. Established customers will be able to pay via invoice in the new year.

How long will my order take?
Your order will take aprox 2 to 3 months to complete depending on the size of the order. We will however endeavour to complete your order as quickly as possible. We will normally dispatch your items as they are made and fill up a box. This way you recieve your order gradually rather than having to wait until it is all complete.

I have recieved some items I did not order, what are they?
On occassion we like to send our wholesale customers free sample items as a taste of things to come from Allycat. These are normally fresh ideas we are exceptionally proud of and think you might like to purchase. Do not worry you wont be charged for these. If you find you have something in your package that you did not order, is not on your invoice and cannot find on the website, it is a free gift!
