Delivery Times

All Allycatmetalware are custom made for you. This is due to the large number of customisable options we offer, which mean it is impossible to have everything in stock.
 

Due this the current lead time for most products is 28 DAYS, although some smaller orders may take less time. Overseas orders will, on occasion experience a longer shipping time due to the nature of our items taking time to clear customs. If you are worried about the status of your order please contact us via the contact page.

Items will only be made up once cleared funds have reached us, orders sent to us with no payment will generally be ignored.

Shipping

At the time of writing we only offer one shipping method. We have chosen this method, the Royal Mail, as it offers a safe and fast shipping service. We do not charge over the odds for shipping our products prefering to stage the amount depending on the amount you spend with us.
At the moment this works out as follows:

Worldwide:
order £1 - £50 shipping = £3.
order £51 - £100 shipping = £6.25
order £101 - £150 shipping = £9.50 etc

Returns

Should you be dissatisfied with any purchase please contact us within 3 days. If we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item we will happily rectify our mistake.
Please note that if the item is wrong due to customer error during the ordering process exchange or refund may not be granted as most products are made to customer specification.

Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be in complete working order, in perfect condition. Please also state the reason you wish to return your product when contacting us within the required 3 days as stated above.
If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us at returns@allycatmetalware.com with the following details and wait for a reply before shipping your goods back to us. Some restrictions may apply in certain circumstances, but we will notify you.

Returns WILL NOT be accepted unless complete information is provided including:

• Payment Method
• Full Name
• Full Address
• Valid Email Address
• Phone Number (including the area code)
• Quantity and Name of returning Product(s)
• Reasons for returning the Product(s)

Please make sure to go over your information carefully before submitting your return to us.

Order Cancellation

As all items are custom made a full refund may not be granted if you cancel once we have started to make your order. In this case a 25% surcharge will be applicable. You will be notified when we begin making your order via an order update email, you may also check your order status on line.

Full refunds will be granted on request for all orders older than the current stated lead time.

Other Clauses

• If goods are not delivered because the address supplied when you place your order is incorrect, incomplete, or changes before despatch of your goods and we are not notified of this, then you are liable for the postage costs we incur. i.e. If we send the items out to you a second time we will charge you the postage costs again, or if you decide to cancel your order upon not receiving your goods, we will not refund you the postage portion of the order price.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• We do not obligate ourselves to be polite or even responsive to customers who are not polite to us. We have hundreds of polite customers every month - we do not need any impolite ones. We reserve the right to cancel any dealings with customers who are impolite to us.
• We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers overseas. We can deliver to UK PO boxes, but you must contact us prior to placing your order to .
• Products and product colours may vary slightly from photographs shown, and such slight variations are not considered defects.
• Please be aware that your order may attract customs fees from your country. We are not responsible for, cannot control, and cannot give advice on Import Duties that may be charged by your country when your order is delivered to you. Customers in the European Union should not be charged import duties.
• We cannot guarantee to react to any new instructions regarding your order received less than 3 days before despatch, unless you have received confirmation of those instructions from us.
